I am a native
Californian, born and bred and have lived in San Diego for the
past 12 years. I started my foray into the real estate world
when I was barely 18 years old by purchasing my first home,
an investment property that I turned into a tidy profit in a
very short period of time. My real estate career spans over
2 1/2 decades and the entire state of California. It has included
the purchase and sale of many residential properties, commercial
leasing, investment property ownership, sales and negotiation
and acquiring commercial spaces for a former employer.
On
the recommendation of my real estate agent whom I had worked with
for many years, I was encouraged to pursue my real estate saleperson's
license. I started my sales career in San Diego and have worked
with Century 21 Horizon
since
2004. I have a knack for seeing opportunity, noting new trends
in real estate and putting together imaginative negotiations.
I use these tools and my many decades of real estate transaction
experience, to provide my clients with great investments and homes
they love.
I currently
own a new home in La Mesa which I share with my dog Mimi and my
cat, Gracie. I work in Kensington with my business partner of
three years, Amy Del Nagro and our three team members.
Business Philosophy
I
have to credit my Dad for instilling in me a commitment to fair
play, honesty and respect for others. He coached my brother's
little league baseball team and his idea was to keep them focused
on enjoying the game, playing fair and learning how to work together
as a team. I have applied these lessons to my personal business
philosophy. I am always honest in my dealings with others. I treat
all my clients with respect, take extra care to negotiate a good
deal for all parties and continue to watch and care through each
step of the process. My business partner, Amy Del Nagro also shares
this philosophy.
We
are building a team of dedicated agents. We feel if you expect
the best from people and provide them with an atmosphere where
they can do their best, you will receive the best from them. And
